Solo animal dance performance by Jola dancing master Nazer Sambo from Casamance (southern Senegal). Here Nazer is accompanied, on the left, by Ekona Jatta playing the banjo-like folk lute of the Jola, the ekonting (akonting), and a drummer playing a set of bougarabou drums while, on the right, a group of Jola women sing and play rhythmic accompaniment on ku nuk kata oh lahai clappers.
